- Prices are governed by a valid price list on the website. These are without VAT.

- Validity of the price list is limited by issuing a new price list.
Payments for goods
- In the case of new business cases, we require payment in advance. Upon receipt of the payment, the order is released into production.
- In the case of long-term customers, payments are arranged on a contractual maturity basis after the delivery of the goods.

- For packing of the goods the surcharge in the amount of 5, – € / pallet is calculated.

Handling of complaints:
- The goods claim must be applied together with the sales receipt.
- The deadline for settlement is 30 days according to the Commercial Code, but the simple cases are handled much faster.
- In case of minor defects of the electro-components, we offer accelerated processing in exchange for new ones without identifying the cause of the fault. If a defective component is first exchanged, we will send a new one free of charge. When requesting to send new components in advance, we bill them. In the event of a refund, we will issue a credit note.
- Damage to the luminaires by the carrier can only be claimed if the damage is recorded on receipt of the shipment from the carrier. No complaint can be filed without a record of damage!
- The costs associated with the claim can only be claimed after a prior agreement.
- Generally, higher claim costs than the value of the delivered goods can not be claimed.
